L-menthyl lactate,WS-23,WS-3,WS-12 and WS-5 are cooling agent.
All the cooling agent is not soluble in the water.They can be first soluble in the ethanol or propylene glycol and then soluble in water.
The reference addition is 0.1% to 0.3% of the total quantity.
They are combined use,for example WS-23 and WS-3 are used together.
And pls find the other suggestions as follows.
If the coolness is not enough,you can add WS-5.
If the last time of the coolness is not enough,you can add WS-12.

If the coolness doesn't come fast enough,you can add WS-23.
